Persona is a recruiting and staffing company enabling remote roles for a global client base. We are seeking a highly organized, people-first Team Support Specialist to back our client-facing teams across onboarding through offboarding.

You will maintain records in Airtable, verify hiring data, manage reimbursements and benefits, and coach candidates. Fluent English, 3+ years in fintech or technical operations, and ability to work US hours are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in technical operations or fintech support.
• Experience with money movement and reconciliation.
• Ability to read logs and trace API requests.
• REST APIs, webhooks, HTTP status codes, debugging.
• Write and run SQL against transactions.
• Fluent in English and able to work U.S. business hours.

Aufgaben

• Maintain Airtable records for client-facing team members.
• Verify information for hires; oversee virtual card tracking.
• Serve as first point of contact for daily questions.
• Conduct check-in calls and provide guidance.
• Review Hubstaff data for productivity patterns.
• Guide onboarding and offboarding processes.
