AgileEngine is looking for a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential candidates, reach out via email and other channels, and introduce them to our opportunities, guiding them into the talent pipeline.

This entry point into IT recruiting and lead generation offers room to learn, grow, and build hands-on experience with CRM tools, screening questions, and qualification processes.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation.
• Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce opportunities.
• Qualify candidates via messaging and screening questions to assess fit.
• Engage and motivate qualified leads to advance in the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
