Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. seeks a Strategic Asset Manager to own VIP homeowner relationships and guide asset management with strong financial acumen.

You will build and maintain financial models, report insights to leadership, and drive data-backed decisions in a fast-growing hospitality space. You will need at least two years in consulting, investment banking, or hotel mgmt, a finance-related degree, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, investment banking and/or hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling with ability to analyze datasets and generate insights.
• Ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-profile client relationships and present insights to leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for impacting travel and hospitality.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own VIP Client Relationships: primary contact for high-value homeowners and investors.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: analyze, report, and execute asset management projects.
• Enhance Financial Insights: analyze property performance and monitor key metrics.
• Optimize Portfolio Performance: develop financial models to track revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI.
• Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with operations, finance, marketing.
• Continuous Improvement: implement efficiencies in reporting and analysis.
