Chore is seeking an Operations Manager to run client back office ops including HR, payroll, finance and compliance. You’ll partner with US founders, manage multiple accounts, and own the operational workflow across clients. This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and clear communication.

You’ll work remotely with US hours and coordinate with external parties, vendors, and regulators as needed. If you love building scalable back-office operations, this role is for you.

Formación

• 2+ years experience interfacing with clients or external parties.
• You escape with recommendations, not questions; you solve when needed.
• Great written and spoken communication; you can be trusted in front of a founder.

Responsabilidades

• Own operations across multiple client accounts with separate founders.
• Coordinate with accountants to file taxes and coordinate NDAs.
• Research and select tools and vendors with cost in mind for startups.
