APPLY is seeking an SRE Engineer to join our globally distributed team in a hybrid/remote-capable role. You will ensure reliability across multiple UK e-commerce clients, respond to incidents, and drive observability improvements while collaborating with the Service Desk.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in SRE or platform operations, strong English, and hands-on experience with Grafana/Prometheus, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.

Formación

• 2–3 years in SRE, platform operations, or tech Service Desk.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Strong incident management skills including triage & postmortems.
• Automation scripting in shell or Python.
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) at an operational level.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor platform health across client environments using Grafana/Prometheus.
• Respond to incidents, triage following runbooks and escalation paths.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and documentation.
• Support Service Desk with technical triaging and resolutions.
• Maintain observability dashboards, alerts, and SLO tracking.
• Write and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and propose automation/process improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation (weekends alternating).
• Collaborate with EMEA team during shift overlap for smooth handoffs.
