Job summary

Jeeves is the stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises and supports跨-border payments and treasury flows. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll sit where our product meets complex customers in Latin America, connecting Jeeves to ERPs, designing flows, and owning the go-live path.

You’ll work hands-on with finance and engineering teams at high-growth and enterprise customers, shaping future product iterations. This is a hands-on engineering role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation.
• 2+ years in customer-facing technical work.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs and accounting systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Map customer data models to Jeeves and keep them in sync.
• Debug integration issues end-to-end from API logs to month-end reconciliation.
• Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping to go-live and adoption.
• Run technical workshops with customer teams and sometimes on-site.
