Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Mendoza to help train AI systems to think like real developers. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code across languages, shaping how future software is understood by AI.

You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to improve correctness, efficiency, and reliability. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the chance to work at the frontier of AI development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience across multiple languages is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Mansioni

• Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages, frameworks, and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
