Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is recruiting Software Engineers to help shape AI-generated code for how the next generation of AI understands and writes software. This remote, hourly contract role involves hands-on coding, reviewing AI outputs, and providing expert feedback to improve safety, reliability, and performance.

You will work across languages, review diverse AI solutions, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proficient in one or more of the listed programming languages.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

Write, debug, and optimize code across a range of languages, frameworks, and problem domains.
Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works — or doesn't.
Design challenging coding prompts and edge‑case scenarios to stress‑test AI capabilities.
Compare and rank multiple AI‑generated solutions based on engineering quality.
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
