Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote, hourly contract in Mar del Plata to help shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve AI solutions, explain your reasoning, and work asynchronously on your own schedule.

You'll evaluate AI outputs, identify issues, and design prompts to stress-test capabilities across multiple languages. A CS degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication throughout.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed above.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Self-motivated and able to work asynchronously on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
