WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional LAC team, coordinating licensing across Latin America and other regions. You will manage licensing requests, entitlements, renewals, and compliance with multiple publishers and licensing models.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and external vendors to optimize software usage, reduce costs, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Experience managing a broad software portfolio across multiple publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and adapt between publishers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to licensing details.
• Advanced English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
