Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional team for LATAM, managing licensing across multiple publishers and entitlements, ensuring accurate records and timely service delivery.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to optimize software usage, drive compliance, and support audits while handling high-volume requests in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing in multi-publisher environments.
• Experience interpreting licensing terms across node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and SaaS licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
