Formación

• Must have strong backend and distributed systems knowledge.
• Minimum 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Go; capable of API design.
• Experience integrating media DAM/MAM platforms in production.
• Experience with large-scale video workflows and cloud services.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in video/media workflows.
• Strong communication with clients and teams; able to document solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and evolution of global video and media workflows.
• Design and develop backend services for media management and publishing.
• Build ingest, transcoding, archiving, metadata management, publishing workflows.
• Develop APIs and services for high-volume media platforms.
• Integrate AI-based capabilities for video analysis and semantic search.
• Drive engineering standards and cross-team technical alignment.
• Support production incidents and improve system reliability.
