You will bridge design with implementation, improving orchestration and observability to enable scalable operations and leading cross-functional teams to translate high-level designs into executable plans.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in solution and application architecture within complex delivery environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a technical execution lead bridging design and implementation.
• Strong project delivery skills across multi-phase programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expert Python development skills for scripting, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Advanced full-stack engineering to deliver scalable integrations.
• Deep Media & Entertainment domain knowledge across VFX, production, post-production.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end solution and application architecture for an intelligent media backbone.
• Translate high-level designs into executable technical plans and software.
• Drive hands-on implementation in Python and full-stack frameworks.
• Architect integrations and customizations to streamline workflows.

• Coordinate execution across multi-phase program milestones.
• Guide best practices for scalable, automated, resilient workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map fragmented manual workflows into automated processes.
• Support media asset management use cases for source and deliverables.
• Ensure delivered solutions enable ongoing efficiency improvements and long-term operational excellence.
