Cache Ventures is seeking a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across our portfolio's social channels, including Emailable, Sur and Founder accounts. The role is hands-on, focusing on content pillars, calendar management, and daily creation and editing to drive B2B SaaS growth.

You'll analyze performance, optimize hooks and formats, and report findings weekly. Remote, independent contractor with flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3+ years managing social media for B2B, SaaS, or startups, with a portfolio that proves growth.
• Exceptional writing, clear, sharp, and persuasive.
• Strong video and photo editing skills with industry-standard tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts.
• Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing.
• Turn platform trends into original content that fits our dry, operator-focused voice.
• Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results.
• Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next.
