Pencil, a generative AI advertising SaaS, is seeking a Senior Social & Community Manager to own our social presence and run our customer community end to end. You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with design, customer success and product teams to turn engagement into growth.

You will manage calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube; craft posts in executive voices; guide learning and community programs; turn moments into content and sign-ups, and measure impact monthly.

Formación

• 3+ years in social media or community management.
• Excellent written English.
• Experience with LinkedIn as a B2B channel.
• Experience moderating online communities.
• Comfort with analytics and turning data into action.
• Organised and self-directed with multi-channel calendars.

Responsabilidades

• Own social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube.
• Draft posts in executive voices and coordinate approvals.
• Manage Pencil community calendar and Learning Community Manager tasks.
• Turn community wins and webinars into social content; drive sign-ups.
• Brief designers on visuals and video; ensure timely content."
• Track engagement, follower growth and sign-ups; report monthly.
• Monitor comments and DMs; route product questions and leads quickly.
