Hire Hangar is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy, driving reach, engagement, and brand consistency. This role focuses on strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing content workflows across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include developing a data-driven strategy, creating and scheduling content, owning the content calendar, and collaborating with Marketing and Brand teams.

Formación

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Remote work experience with collaboration tools (Slack/Zoom/GSuite/Asana or similar).
• Strong understanding of major platforms and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Ideate, create, schedule, and optimize social content.
• Own the social content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches.
• Establish tone of voice and content governance best practices.
• Stay current on platform updates and social media best practices.
