Job summary

Bolder Apps is seeking a mid-senior Project Manager (Shopify) to oversee remote, monthly retainer Shopify projects for multiple clients. You will manage end-to-end store builds and theme development, coordinating an internal team and communicating with clients in clear English from kickoff to launch.

You will leverage AI-enabled planning to draft plans and risk notes, ensure timely delivery, and hand off cleanly to future PMs. This role offers fully remote work with overlap for client sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Shopify-focused project manager in an agency serving multiple brands.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong client-facing communication and ownership of scope, timelines, and status.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify store builds and theme development for multiple client brands.
• Be the day-to-day owner facing the end client, communicating scope and trade-offs clearly.
• Lead internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to keep tickets and blockers honest.
• Translate brand goals into phased Shopify work that ships on time.
• Use Shopify literacy to challenge estimates and spot launch risks early.
• Lead kickoff through launch for store builds and ongoing theme maintenance.
• Maintain written and live client updates with US East overlap.
