Improvado, an AI-powered marketing data platform, is seeking a technical specialist to own the website's performance end to end—SEO, speed, and conversions. You will shape how the product is presented online and drive improvements that impact pipeline.

You will plan experiments, collaborate with engineering and design, and build dashboards linking organic traffic to leads and revenue. Strong SEO, GA4, and tooling experience are essential, with EST-hours flexibility a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization with measurable organic growth or conversion results.
• Strong technical SEO skills and understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and BI/dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar).
• Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
• Ability to work with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
• Nice to have B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO health including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Optimize for AI search and make Improvado fetchable and citeable across engines.
• Monitor visibility in classic and AI search and implement prioritized fixes.
• Improve page performance, UX, templates, and conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups).
• Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, layout changes) and measure impact on conversions and pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and contractors to ship website enhancements (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
• Build dashboards linking organic/on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, revenue; ensure tracking quality across GA4 and Search Console.
