Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a fully remote role servicing North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns while collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure high-quality outcomes across YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional editing experience, advanced Premiere Pro, and working knowledge of After Effects/Final Cut

Formación

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro, and knowledge of After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate videos.
• Strong storytelling with pacing for platforms and audience engagement.
• Fluent English and ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for YouTube, social media, and TV formats.

Responsabilidades

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for review steps.
