Scale Up Recruiting Partners is recruiting a Senior Video Editor for remote work focused on North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social media, and paid media.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, advanced Premiere Pro skills, and fluency in English to coordinate with U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English communication with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and TV.
