Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Video Editor to edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns. You’ll work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

Fully remote from Latin America, you will collaborate with U.S.-based teams, stay ahead of platform trends, ensure timely delivery, and maintain organized workflows across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, with ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with creative teams—designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for internal and client review steps.
