Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale software initiatives from a global, fully remote setting. You will drive strategic planning, coordinate across senior leadership, and set PM standards to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

The role requires strong Agile expertise, 5+ years of PM experience in software, and excellent English skills. You will operate in a 100% remote environment with flexible hours and world-class mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within software development.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
• Extensive experience in leading large and complex software projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and advanced software systems.
• Advanced level of English.

• Oversee large-scale software development projects, providing strategic direction and leadership.
