Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead software development projects remotely, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will drive planning, execution, and closure while navigating stakeholder expectations across diverse teams.

You will mentor junior project managers, implement risk and change management, and communicate progress to clients and senior leadership. This is a 100% remote role with USD or local currency compensation and flexible hours.

• Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.
