BairesDev seeks a Delivery Director to lead global software outsourcing projects within a dynamic management team. You will guide project managers, ensure agile execution, and maintain close client relations across multicultural teams.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software outsourcing project management, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and a software engineering background with advanced English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing.
• Customer-oriented and able to manage budgets.
• Experience leading software development management.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies and strong English skills.
• Background as a software engineer is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your structure (delivery managers and project managers) and elevate relevant issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
• Ensure effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project for all your clients.

We are looking for a Delivery Director to join the Management team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players with excellent organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and considerable attention to detail. Here’s what we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
• Customer-oriented.

• Software Development Management experience.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.
