Inca Digital, Inc. is seeking a Lead Editor to translate complex data narratives into clear, compelling visual stories. You will own the full motion design workflow, collaborating asynchronously with marketing, business development, and executives from a fully remote, global team.

The role requires at least 2+ years in motion graphics or editing, strong Adobe Suite skills with After Effects, and a proven ability to craft engaging narratives while meeting fast-paced deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional motion graphics design or editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, with emphasis on After Effects.
• Strong visual storytelling, timing, typography, and ability to explain complex ideas visually.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote async environment.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, triage, and translate requests into structured visual execution plans.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for digital assets and marketing.
• Own story and visual narratives aligned with brand identity.
• Manage end-to-end animation pipeline from concept to final export.
• Ensure brand alignment with typography, color, and design systems.
• Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders and attend weekly team syncs.
