Inca Digital seeks a Lead Editor to translate technical data narratives into clear, compelling visual stories. This fully remote, async-first role lets you work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team.

You will own the motion design workflow, triage incoming requests from executives, marketing, and business development, and turn briefs into dynamic visual narratives aligned with our brand identity.

Formación

• 2+ years professional experience as Motion Graphics Designer or Editor.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially After Effects.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design, visual rhythm, typography, and storytelling.
• Ability to map briefs or raw concepts into motion concepts with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for async collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder Ingestion: Field, triage, and translate requests into structured visual execution plans.
• Motion Design: Design, animate high-quality motion graphics for digital products, marketing assets, social media, and corporate comms.
• Story & Narrative Ownership: Build clear, cohesive visual narratives that align with brand story.
• End-to-End Animation Pipeline: Manage projects from concept to export, including sound pairing.
• Brand Alignment: Adhere to brand guidelines, typography systems, and color palettes.
