Bridgenext seeks an Operations Financial Specialist to act as a key financial partner to IT, ensuring budget governance and efficiency through oversight of essential processes. You will collaborate with IT Finance and business leaders across LATAM from a remote location.

This senior role requires 10+ years in financial operations, strong ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership, with skills in Power BI and cross-functional partnership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial operations and financial analysis.
• Experience reporting to C-Level Executives and building budgets from the ground up.
• Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting & Planning - Support annual budgeting, cost center planning, and leadership reporting.
• Forecasting - Develop and maintain spending forecasts and analyze variances.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Finance, Operations, and business leaders.
• Expense Tracking & Budget Alignment - Monitor spending, headcount, and variances.
• Purchase Order & Budget Management - Manage PO and spending activities.
• Accrual Process Ownership - Oversee monthly accruals with stakeholders.
• Risk Management - Identify risks and ensure compliance and controls.
