MailerLite is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead the email strategy within the SEO & Content Team. You will own campaigns from ideation to optimization, build automations to convert prospects, and drive list growth through compelling lead magnets and smart segmentation.

You’ll work with writers to elevate email content, stay ahead of industry trends, and align marketing and product lifecycle with a strong focus on deliverability and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally SaaS.
• Strong writing portfolio with proven campaigns.
• Proven experience growing an email list organically and building lead magnets.
• Sharp editorial eye to improve others' content.
• Genuine curiosity about email marketing and industry trends.
• Able to both write hands-on and brief others with a writer team.
• Experience with MailerLite or other ESPs.
• 4h overlap with CET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage all email campaigns from creation to launch, measurement and optimization.
• Build and nurture automations to convert prospects and retain customers.
• Own lead magnets end-to-end: ideate, write briefs, and update content.
• Create forms and landing pages to grow the email list.
• Segment audiences and tailor messages across industries.
• Collaborate with writers to elevate email content and topics.
• Identify original angles in email marketing and pursue them.
• Measure performance, define KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Ensure sending practices meet deliverability standards.
