BU Consultants is seeking a highly driven Supply Chain Planner to join our pharma-focused operations in Argentina. You will manage end-to-end material planning, leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse to balance supply with demand and ensure uninterrupted raw material availability.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of optimizing inventory in a fast-paced global supply chain environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in pharma supply planning and raw material planning.
• Hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse experience.
• Capable of end-to-end material planning in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage raw material planning activities for pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stock-outs.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply flow.
• Utilize Kinaxis RapidResponse for planning, scenario analysis, supply balancing, and reporting.
• Monitor material shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks; drive mitigation plans.
• Analyze planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and supplier performance for continuous improvement.
• Support S&OP/Supply Planning cycles and contribute to operational planning reviews.
• Generate planning dashboards, KPIs, and reports for business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with pharma industry standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner with strong experience in

Pharma Supply Planning and Raw Material Planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and should be capable of managing end-to-end material planning

activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder coordination, inventory optimization skills,

and the ability to work in a fast-paced global supply chain setup.
