Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, connectors, and collectors to bridge enterprise customers and the engineering team. This 100% remote role targets LATAM and emphasizes scalable ingestion pipelines, security data, and cloud integrations.

You will work with REST APIs, Python/Go, SQL/NoSQL databases, and containerized services on AWS, Azure, and GCP, translating complex customer needs into reliable integrations and production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform Engineering or related experience.
• Strong experience with Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Production cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources (Identity providers, cloud platforms, SIEM systems, etc.).
• Work directly with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Build scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, and telemetry.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go; work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Deploy and operate containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes; work across AWS/Azure/GCP.
