Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors to serve as a technical bridge between enterprise customers and engineering. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines, build connectors, and work with Python/Go across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

This role emphasizes hands-on development, customer-facing collaboration, and delivering reliable data pipelines within a 100% remote LATAM framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data engineering or related experience.
• Strong Python and Go development experience.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Production cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git workflows.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data collectors, ingestion services, and connectors.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, network infrastructure, endpoints, and SIEMs.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data (security events, logs, telemetry).
• Deploy solutions using cloud-native services and event-driven patterns.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerized services (Docker/K8s).
• Participate in onboarding, deployments, and ongoing optimization with cross-functional teams.
