Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex backend and frontend issues for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to identify root causes
• Develop small automation tools to improve product reliability
• Mentor other support engineers and improve team processes
• Communicate clearly to build strong customer relationships
