Job summary

Grundfos seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Argentina (Rosario) to bridge sales, customer service, and finance operations, ensuring invoicing accuracy and clear customer accounts. This role reports to the Sales Manager, IND – Argentina, and operates under a remote work arrangement.

You will support invoicing, order management, and commercial processes, while collaborating with Sales, CSSC, and Credit & Collection to improve account health and profitability analysis.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or holding a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong Excel skills for financial data management
• Experience with invoicing, order management, or commercial support processes

Responsibilities

• Support invoicing processes including control of amounts, taxes, exchange rates, and advance payments
• Maintain clear customer accounts by identifying and correcting invoice discrepancies
• Manage changes on customer sales orders and open support tickets to track inquiries
• Support sales team on project profitability analysis and contribute to price lists and new product ranges
• Facilitate new customer account setup by gathering and validating customer requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, CSSC, and Credit & Collection teams to reduce debts and improve account status
