Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or backend development experience.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience in production systems.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM-based application development (AI agents, agentic systems, or LLM-powered apps).
• Experience building AI-driven features and LLM integrations in production environments.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features and services lifecycle from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-ready systems focusing on reliability and performance.
