Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Software Engineering Experience.
• 2+ years of Production AI / LLM Experience.
• 3+ years of Data Engineering & ETL Experience.
• 3+ years of Python or Equivalent Backend Development.
• 1–2+ years of Vector Database & AI Memory Experience.
• 1–2+ years of AI Frameworks & Orchestration.
• 1+ year of AI Evaluation & Safety Experience.
• 1+ year of AI Performance Optimization.
• 2+ years of Cloud Experience.
• 2+ years of Stakeholder-Facing Technical Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ship End-to-End AI Products: Transform challenges into AI features and tools.
• Build Persistent & Compliant Memory: Design AI memory architectures and vector stores.
• Unify Fragmented Enterprise Data: Develop data pipelines spanning CRM, ERP, CPQ, and marketing platforms.
• Identify High-Value Use Cases: Collaborate with business units to identify value-driven opportunities.
• Drive Adoption: Ensure solutions meet business needs and are adopted by end users.
• Close the Feedback Loop: Share insights from deployments to improve models and systems.
• Implement EvalOps & Safety Guardrails: Build evaluation pipelines to assess model safety before production.
• Optimize Cost & Latency: Implement caching, routing, and optimization to reduce costs and latency.
