Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience as Head of Accounting or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-entity accounting operations.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Remote-work capable with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the accounting function across multiple business entities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks.
• Oversee general accounting operations, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information across business entities.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows and processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
