Job summary

Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate end-to-end data migration activities for a global automotive client. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, defines migration approaches, and implements controls to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

The position requires strong experience in data migration methodologies, ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and English-language daily work within UTC hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extract, transform, cleanse, validate, load.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations (preferred).
