Aquiva is seeking a Salesforce Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end support for a Salesforce managed-services account. You will lead a support team from day one, ensure professional, technically sound client communications, and drive process ownership to prevent issues before they arise.

You will triage priorities, govern scope and billing, act as the single point of contact, and mentor the L1/L2 bench while attacking root causes rather than symptoms.

Formación

• 3+ years in Salesforce delivery, support, or administration with client ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: objects, automation, data model, releases.
• Able to scope work, challenge estimates, and maintain client-facing quality.
• Hands-on with a ticketing platform and SLA management.
• Proven process ownership and excellent written English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the queue and SLAs, triage by complexity, and coordinate resolutions.
• Be the quality gate for all client-facing communications.
• Govern scope and billing; ensure hours align with approvals.
• Serve as the single point of contact with weekly queue-health reports.
• Lead and mentor L1/L2, build knowledge base, and address root causes.
