Aquiva Labs, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to move beyond reporting and design data products end-to-end. You will own metrics with stakeholders and enable scale through automation, specializing in Salesforce CRM Analytics and its ecosystem.

You will work hands-on with Salesforce, Snowflake, and ETL tools to drive insights across operations. The role emphasizes data governance, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to embed analytics into operations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence.
• Proficient in Salesforce Analytics (Tableau CRM), SAQL, SOQL, JSON-based dashboards.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Data Lakes, ETL tools, and scripting in Python or R.
• Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, slowly changing dimensions).
• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder communication, and visualization skills.

As a Salesforce Data Analyst at Aquiva you will move beyond reporting and become a solution designer -owning data products end-to-end, refining metrics with business stakeholders, and enabling scale through automation and best practices. You will specialize in Salesforce CRM Analytics and its ecosystem while deepening your business and data engineering acumen to drive insights and outcomes across our operations. This role requires hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem. We're looking for candidates who have practical experience with Salesforce as part of their analytics work and understand the platform, its data model, and business processes. If your background does not include working with Salesforce or Salesforce-related analytics projects, this role may not be the right fit at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Development

• Design scalable and responsive Tableau CRM dashboards with complex bindings, filters, and multi-page flows.
• Optimize queries (SQL, SOQL, SAQL) for performance on large datasets.
• Create modular and reusable dataflows and recipes, applying parameterization.
• Troubleshoot join mismatches, schema inconsistencies, and dataflow failures.
• Automate workflows using Python/R for data transformation, reporting, or model deployment.

2. Business Acumen

• Develop deep understanding of MCIM’s product, user journey, and operational metrics.
• Co-define KPIs with Product, Customer Experience, and Business teams.
• Build context-aware visual narratives for data, explaining trends, anomalies, and insights.

3. Cross-functional Communication

• Translate complex technical results into business-friendly formats.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to embed analytics into operations.
• Run internal enablement sessions and maintain documentation for key dashboards.

4. Project Ownership

• Lead analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Build scalable dashboard templates, standard filters, and reusable assets.
• Review Data Analyst I dashboards and support onboarding of new team members.

5. Data Governance

• Implement naming conventions, data lineage tracking, and consistency checks.
• Monitor data quality and proactively address dashboard breakage and discrepancies.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence.
• Proficient in Salesforce Analytics (Tableau CRM), SAQL, SOQL, JSON-based dashboards.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Data Lakes, ETL tools, and scripting in Python or R.
• Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, slowly changing dimensions).
• Excellent storytelling, stakeholder communication, and visualization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant certified.
• Familiarity with real-time data pipelines, APIs, and external connectors.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and creating internal documentation.
