Aquiva Labs, Inc. is seeking a proactive Senior Salesforce Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions with Revenue Operations at the center. You will drive Sales Cloud ownership and forecasting improvements while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes consultative leadership across CPQ, Data 360, and Agentforce, with DevOps practices and change management to ensure stable deployments. This is a fully remote, client-facing senior position.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar, with a record of implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Extensive Sales Cloud implementation experience, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience for Salesforce deployments.
• Change management background with stable deployments during updates.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• English, B2 or above; client-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Sales Cloud for sales process and forecasting.
• Design and maintain RevOps enablement solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Implement and manage Salesforce CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ.
• Use Data 360 to analyze data for forecasting and apply Agentforce for automation.
• Apply CI/CD best practices to deployments and protect system integrity.
• Identify process improvements and provide proactive recommendations.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and IT to align integration and adoption.
• Drive onboarding and adoption through training and documentation.
