Yo Ai Labs is seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems. You will evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows.

The role emphasizes CRMs, data reconciliation, and governance, with a strong need for English communication and SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience leading CRM implementations and rollouts.
• Knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Experience with billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and decisions.
• Assess CRM changes impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and integrations.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance.
