YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems across CRM platforms in a remote capacity. The role focuses on evaluating SaaS operations, resolving data inconsistencies, and shaping how AI systems interpret complex business workflows.

The candidate will audit CRM ecosystems, reconcile data across connected platforms, and document recommended changes. Strong English communication and SaaS experience are essential for success in this

Formación

4-6 years of hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/other).
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
Experience with revenue/operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing or integration platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation.
Experience in SaaS environments and excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicates, and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
