Mindtech is hiring a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

You will partner with business stakeholders to design data models, metrics, and visuals, and coordinate data onboarding with IT and data platforms such as Snowflake and SAP HANA. The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable analytics in an Agile environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Able to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality/governance/KPI definitions.

• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of data into the enterprise platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data/report issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and defininitions across business areas.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision‑making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
