Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL, and expertise with Snowflake and SAP data sources.

You will partner with business stakeholders, design data models and metrics, and ensure data quality across the analytics lifecycle in an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/reporting experience.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX and visualization practices.
• Solid SQL skills with relational/analytic data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP source systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to translate business processes into data requirements.
• Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience onboarding enterprise data from source systems.
• Troubleshooting across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• English at upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• - Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• - Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• - Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• - Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• - Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• - Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• - Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• - Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• - Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
