You will audit and cleanse data, implement CRM processes, build dashboards, and collaborate with GTM teams to improve revenue operations while maintaining accuracy and reliability of sales data.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue-related processes within Salesforce.
