Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with large datasets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality; implement CRM processes.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionality; support quoting and revenue processes.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports; support RevOps/ GTM reporting.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes and workflows; promote consistent data-management practices.
