Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Administrator for CPQ and Revenue Cloud to manage data, configure CRM processes, and support revenue operations. This remote role focuses on ensuring accurate sales data, effective quoting, pricing, and revenue management across the Salesforce platform.

The candidate will work with CPQ and Revenue Cloud, optimize CRM workflows, and deliver dashboards and reports while adhering to structured processes in a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud is required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and data hygiene.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product, and revenue processes within Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Document Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud processes and configurations.
