Job summary

Yo Ai Labs is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Administrator with CPQ and Revenue Cloud expertise to lead data management, CRM configuration, and revenue operations in a remote setting.

You will manage data quality, configure CPQ/Revenue Cloud, support quoting and pricing processes, and build dashboards to drive GTM performance. Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and remote collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, data management, and data hygiene.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data (accounts, contacts, opportunities).
• Identify and resolve duplicates, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
• Standardize fields, naming conventions, data structures, and pipeline data.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM functionality.
• Implement and maintain CRM processes based on business requirements.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionality.
• Support quoting, pricing, product and revenue processes within Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Promote consistent Salesforce usage and data-management practices.
• Document Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud processes; create SOPs.
