Job summary

Bridgeway Global Staffing is hiring a Sales Representative to work with a U.S. home-services company. This is primarily an inbound sales role, with outbound outreach and lead reactivation to support the pipeline. Remote from LATAM.

You’ll respond to new inbound leads within 1 minute, qualify needs, explain service options and pricing, and book appointments, while keeping CRM notes up to date. Requires 2+ years of sales experience and C1 English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in inbound or outbound roles.
• Proficient English at C1 level with clear spoken communication.
• Experience using CRM systems like Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce or Jobber.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inbound leads within 1 minute and move conversations forward.
• Follow up by text when a call is not answered.
• Qualify needs, explain options and pricing, and book appointments.
• Maintain momentum with structured calls, texts and follow-ups.
• Re-engage older leads with cold or warm outreach when needed.
• Keep notes, tasks, tags, and pipeline stages in a CRM.
• Send quotes, confirmations, reminders and updates.

Bridgeway Global Staffing is hiring a Sales Representative to work with a U.S. home-services company. This is primarily an inbound sales role , with outbound outreach and lead reactivation to support the pipeline.

What you'll do

• Call new inbound leads within 1 minute of receiving them, prioritizing live conversations.
• Follow up by text when a call goes unanswered.
• Ask qualifying questions, explain service options and pricing, and book appointments.
• Keep conversations moving through structured calls, texts, and follow-up sequences.
• Re-engage older leads and conduct cold or warm outreach when needed.
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, tags, and pipeline stages in Go High Level or a similar CRM.
• Send quotes, confirmations, reminders, and other customer updates.

What you'll bring

• At least 2 years of sales experience in inbound or outbound sales, a call center, or appointment setting.
• C1 English proficiency , with clear spoken communication and a neutral accent for customer calls.
• Confidence on the phone and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Experience with Go High Level or a similar CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Jobber.
• Strong organization, reliable follow-through, and comfort working across multiple systems.
• Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.
