MAVI is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for US-based companies. This role requires strong leadership in managing financial integrity, accounting processes, and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive accounting experience, deep knowledge of US GAAP, and adeptness at working with finance leaders.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a Controller role.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and accounting policies.
• Experience managing audits and relationships with external auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and monthly closes.
• Ensure financial reporting compliance with US GAAP.
• Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors.

Conocimientos

10+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong end-to-end knowledge of accounting operations

Strong judgment and attention to financial accuracy

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA or equivalent accounting certification
